Guess what guys. DMX won’t doing time this time around. DMX was released from the Maricopa County Jail in Phoenix yesterday after a 90-day prison stint.
He was charged allegedly charged for animal cruelty, theft, and possession of marijuana.
Although he was supposed to be unchained last month, his sentence was extended after throwing a meal tray at a corrections officer back in February. He still faces assault charge for that, and paid $10,000 on a bond.
X heads back to the court May 19th for this charge.
