Here’s a preview to the Japanese iconic designer: Junya Watanabe COMME des GARCONS Man’s Spring/Summer 2012 Collection. Presented in the photos are a variety of vibrantly colored outerwear, and classic work pants, which all boast highly technical garment executions. Collaborative pieces with The North Face, Lee, and Levi’s are also included.
For those unaware, Junya Watanabe refined his craftsmanship as a pattern maker and was the original protege to Comme Des Garcon’s designer Rei Kawakubo. The now well revered designer now fuses synthetic and the latest technologically advanced textiles available in his creations.
