Chris Brown’s case may be dismissed thanks to LAPD. Ironic and funny? Perhaps.

Chris’s attorney, Mark Geragos filed a motion Wednesday (5/6) seeking access to LAPD records. Turns out, the photo of Rihanna’s mug being bruised and beaten was illegally leaked to the media by an LAPD officer.

Sources close to Chris are saying that he is trying to plea with the district attorney but no agreement has been met.

Chris’s next hearing is scheduled on May 28.
